1994 Broker/Owner of The Year E. Ted Horsman started in real estate in Sonoma County nearly 30 years ago, and started his own company RE/MAX Central Santa Rosa in 1991. The company went from a beginning sales staff of  5 to its current 44 agents and a second office. Four of the original five agents remain with the company today.

While the years have seen a multitude of changes with the company, staff, and the real estate industry itself.
