Ron Street is a licensed real estate broker with over twenty-nine years of industry specialization. Ron has served as Director of the Northern California Chapter of Certified Commercial Investment Members. He is also a Accredited Buyers Representative, Graduate of the Realtors Institute, Certified Residential Specialist, Seniors Real Estate Specialist and the University of Shopping Centers Commercial Leasing School, with additional courses in advanced tax planning strategies to eliminate or defer capital gain tax consequences; syndication and advanced exchange practice for brokers. He has negotiated with city, county and regional agencies for major and minor subdivisions, as well as testified in the California Superior Courts as an expert witness. Ron has 14 years additional experience as a Financial Planner and Registered Investment Advisor.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS
Since 1971 as an adjunct.professor to Santa Rosa Junior College, Ron authors and instructs continuing education courses for Certified Public Accountants and required courses for real estate brokers. Curriculum includes: Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Practice, Real Estate Law, Real Estate Principles, Qualified & non-qualified retirement plans, 401(k), IRA, SEP IRA, Pension and Profit sharing plans and Internal Revenue Service Regulation 72t.
