Paul Rasore is a licensed real estate broker and 20+ year Sonoma County resident. With over twenty-five years of extensive loan experience at Wells Fargo Bank and several years at Merrill Lynch, he is exceptionally qualified to handle all your loan needs.

During his banking career he handled loan portfolios in excess of three billion dollars. Paul has financed numerous office buildings, apartment projects, and other investment properties throughout Sonoma County. He specializes in commercial property, construction loans, investment property and business loans that qualify under the Small Business Administration. Paul and his wife Jan of 36 years, have two grown children and a lovely new grand daughter. Paul and Jan enjoy playing golf and tennis, and appreciate the quality of life in Sonoma County.

He is currently President of the Sons of Italy, Wine Country Lodge and has served as Past President of the Santa Rosa Chamber of Commerce and the Redwood Empire Breakfast Club. His volunteer work in the community includes serving as Past Chair of the United Way for the North Bay.
